Our Little Swimmer

Aiden is in his second semester of swim lessons at the local community college. He loves it! His favorite thing is jumping off the diving board and sitting in the hot tub. He does pretty well in the water and it tires him out a little bit which is great for us.

Sit Pretty Tava

Our four year old puppy Tava is always willing to do anything for a treat. Aiden gets a kick out of making her sit pretty. He would do it all day if we would let him, and so would she.

Birthday & Barbecue Extravaganza

On Sunday April 25, Grandpa Darrell and Grandma Janie came over to Aunt Rhiannon's house for a birthday barbecue. It was a very fun and eventful day. Makayla got her nails and toes done and practiced back walk overs with me. I had to prove that I could still do it now that I'm the big "30". Grandma Janie was very brave and played with all the kiddo's on the trampoline. Grandpa Darrell grilled up some yummy salmon and steaks and poor Uncle Travis had to work. Little Dylan had so much fun that he fell asleep before he could even finish his dinner. The kids helped make me a beautiful birthday cake and decorated the house with signs and balloons. I even got to have a mini concert for my birthday. Grandpa Darrell accompanied Makayla singing her song "Rodeo" that she wrote herself. It's going to be a hit one day! It was lots and lots of birthday fun.
