Adoption Profile Pictures

On July 8th our friend Chelsea came over to take some new family pictures of us. I needed some more pictures so that I could re-do our adoption profile. I wasn't content with the one I originally put together. She got some great pictures for us.

Independence Day

Aiden and I met up with the Archibald crew to watch the fireworks on the 4th of July. Since it fell on a weekday this year Rob stayed home and went to bed. He starts his day pretty early and needs his beauty rest. It's funny how fireworks bring out the kid in everyone. Nothing beats the look of awe on their little faces.

Ted Nugent & L.A. Guns

On June 25th L.A. Guns opened for Ted Nugent in Green River. Rob and I had both seen Nugent in concert before and Rob used to rock L.A. Guns back in the day. My mom, dad, and sister decided that they wanted to come too. Rob kept asking me if they knew who Ted Nugent was and what kind of show he puts on. I think my dad's only version of Nugent was his hunting shows on T.V.. It's sad because to Rob and I Ted's favorite four letter word is just a word. I worked in the bar scene for so long that I don't even hear it half the time, and Rob's been in construction for 15 years where that word is as common as the word "the". Ted's stage antics proved to be a bit more than my poor family could take. I don't know that my dad will even tune in for the toned down hunting version of Nugent at this point.

Flaming Gorge Days

On June 23rd Aunt Rhiannon and I took the kiddo's down to the Flaming Gorge Days festivities. They of course had tons of fun in the sun. The next morning we caught the parade and watched Uncle Travis play in a basketball tournament.
