Nellie The Great Dane

We kept my sister Rhiannon's Great Dane puppy for a couple of days this weekend. She is sooooo cute. She played and played with our girls and with Aiden. Millie and Tava fought over who's turn it was to play with her. She was a good girl and is welcome to have sleep overs at our house whenever she wants.

Spring Fever

It's so hard to wait for Summer and the Winter's around here are never ending. The weather gets so nice and then here comes the snow! We take every chance that we get to mess around or to play outside. I think more than anything we are trying to wear Aiden out. It never really works!

Snow Day

What kid doesn't love playing in the snow. We got plenty of it a couple of weeks of go. The original plan was for Aiden to help me shovel the driveway. But after shoveling the front yard he just didn't have the energy!

Easter Fun

We had a great Easter weekend. Aiden of course got spoiled by Grandma Janie and Grandma Leslie. He always loves to open his holiday packages. We had an Easter egg hunt at Aunt Rhiannon's house and then all went to see the new movie "How To Train Your Dragon". The kids loved it. Aiden always has tons of fun with his cousins. On Easter morning Aiden helped Rob and I find our Easter baskets and his. That crazy Easter bunny sure loves to hide things.

Happy Birthday Grams and Rhiannon

March 28th is our Grandma Yorgi's birthday and my sister Rhiannon's birthday. We stopped by Rhiannon's in the morning to drop her off some flowers and wish her a happy birthday. Then we headed to Grandma Yorgi's house to spend the day with her and my Aunt Peggy. The whole "Kemmerer" crew came over for cake and ice cream. I think Grams had a great day! It's always lively to see my my mom with all of her sisters. Aiden got to go home with Grandma Janie, which made him oh so happy. They were off to have a hot dog roast downstairs by the fire. It's a new favorite event of Aiden's. Rob and I headed down to Grandpa Randy and Grandma Leslie's house to say hi and to see Riley, Jess, and Chayzlee before they headed back to Laramie. It was a very eventful Sunday.

Best Friends

On Saturday night Rob and I let Aiden lay down in our bed to go to sleep so that we could catch up on some recorded DVR shows. We headed up to bed around midnight. This is where we found Aiden! I asked him in the next morning why he laid down with the dogs and he told me that he just wanted to get "comfty". I said "Oh, comfy?" And he said "No, it's comfty".

The Things That He Thinks He Knows

Rob, Aiden, and I were having dinner this evening and I asked them if they would both come with me to run errands. Aiden immediately said "No, you are going to have to go by yourself." Rob told him that it wasn't very nice to make me go alone. He said, "Fine, I will stay here by myself and daddy can go with you." I can't help but argue with him because he is so obstinate, so I told him that wasn't going to happen because it was illegal. He proudly said, "Well, I want to do illegal." Rob and I just had to laugh.
