Beauregard's Grill & Tavern

On December 04th we made a very quick trip to Colorado so that we could hang out on Beau's last night open. It seems like a very long time ago that I was a full time grad student bar tending nights at the restaurant. I have so many memories from that place, good and bad. Being there from the beginning I definitely saw all the ups, downs, and craziness in between. We helped Jonathan with some of the renovation process over 4 and 1/2 years ago. I remember being on strict bed rest, laying in an unfinished booth, while Rob and Jonathan worked. Aiden was six weeks old when we opened and Rob brought him to me every two hours so I could feed him. We raised our son at Beau's and it was a stepping stone for me while working towards my career.
