On June 11th water started pouring from the ceiling in our basement. A phone call to the insurance company was met with defeat. What do they cover anyway? After calling a plumber and getting his weekend emergency rate Rob decided to go at it alone. I'm grateful to have a husband who has dabbled in every trade. We are guessing the bathtub had a very slow leak potentially the entire year that we lived here. We love our little 1920's house, most of the time.
